  • grippy socks, a towel, water, and your best energy. that’s it. we provide mats and all props — you just show up ready to move.

  • not at all. whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, every class is layered so you can move at your own pace. our instructors will guide you through everything and offer modifications along the way.

  • each class is 50 minutes — intentional from start to finish.

  • arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, chat with your instructor, and get set up. Doors unlock 15 minutes before class starts.

  • once class starts, the door locks. this helps protect the energy of the room and everyone’s experience as well as the safety and security of our staff and clients.

  • for mat classes, please cancel at least 12 hours before start time.
    for semi-private reformer classes, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

    late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the credit, as that spot could have gone to another client on the waitlist. cancellations made before the window automatically return a credit to your account.

  • yes — but always check with your doctor first. let us know before class so we can modify safely and intentionally for you.

  • all bookings and cancellations happen through our website or the 444 Pilates app. The app is the easiest way to manage your bookings.

  • we offer class packs for flexibility — no monthly contracts, just credits that fit your schedule. packages are available directly on the site or 444 Pilates app.

  • yes — we love hosting private and corporate experiences at the studio. whether it’s a team wellness day, birthday, or brand event, we can help you create something intentional and memorable. email ashley@444pilates.com to start planning.

  • we’re a no-phones-in-class studio. we want you fully present — no distractions, no recording. if you’d like to capture content, please do so before or after class with respect for others in the space.
